The Brief

Create an annual conference that balances business content, company updates and employee recognition while keeping energy high and engagement constant. The challenge: avoid the predictable conference formula and deliver an experience that feels fresh, surprising and memorable from beginning to end.

The Solution

Nothing about this conference followed the expected formula. We chose unconventional venues, built a dynamic content journey filled with interactive moments and surprise interventions, and created an atmosphere that constantly shifted between learning, celebration and connection. From Beit HaMikolot to Reading 3 and a late-night performance by Ma Kashur, every choice was intentionally unexpected.
